Prestige Golden Grove – Ongoing Prestige Project in Hyderabad

One of the major ongoing Prestige Group apartment developments in Hyderabad is Prestige Golden Grove. It is located in Velimela, near Tellapur and Kollur ORR Exit 2 in West Hyderabad. The location places it in the city's expanding western housing belt, beyond the established Gachibowli–Financial District–Kokapet corridor.

The project also explains one major change in Hyderabad's housing pattern. Buyers who once looked only at Gachibowli, Kondapur and Nallagandla now also compare Tellapur, Kollur and Velimela. The reason is simple. Land and apartment prices are higher near the mature IT core, while the outer ORR belt offers more large township projects and a lower locality entry price.

How Prestige Golden Grove Connects with Hyderabad's Growth

Golden Grove is not relevant to Hyderabad only because it has a Hyderabad address. Its real connection is employment and road access. The project sits near the Tellapur–Kollur side of ORR Exit 2, while Hyderabad's main job belt is concentrated around Gachibowli, Financial District, Raidurg and HITEC City.

Current property data shows the price difference between these markets. Gachibowli averages above ₹11,000 per sq. ft., while Kollur remains around ₹6,000 per sq. ft. on the same broad listing dataset. This gap is one reason large new projects are moving farther west.
